PS Vita First Sale up to 700 000 delivered

An existing column in the Mainichi Digital claims that the initial shipments of the PlayStation Vita could exceed 700,000 units.

The author of the column, Fumio Kurokawa, said that he received information from several sources that mention Sony initially only planned to ship 500,000 units PS Vita. However, because of the additional demand on pre-order session, Sony added shipments of 200,000 units.

Many of the retailers, such as Tsutaya, Yodobashi Camera and Bic Camera, said that those who want to buy PS Vita can buy this handheld console on launch day without the need to pre-order. Additional units of 200,000 PS Vita describes the availability of stock of Sony's latest handheld console on the market.
